I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a charming vintage touch, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and unwind. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. As a senior woman, I also found the hotel to be accessible, with wide corridors and elevators that made it convenient for me to move around.
I would only ask for better assistance from the staff for senior guests.

The location was perfect, being near the major train station Liverpool Street and in the heart of London. There was a supermarket conveniently located nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities. the room itself was clean and had a small kitchenette with all the necessary utensils.
The bathroom fan was quite loud, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
